Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered a gem with comfortable rooms equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, making my stay more convenient. The service, particularly Tom's helpful and informative assistance, left a positive impression, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The location, while needing some upkeep, offered easy access to the highway and plenty of dining choices nearby; ideal for a road traveler like myself. Although the in-room refrigerator had issues, being close to the Danbury mall was a plus for shopping enthusiasts. The dining experience was delightful, especially the bacon, and I appreciated the casual lobby ambiance. Overall, a satisfying stay that I would consider for a future visit.
